More Than A Mailbox not only offers Virtual Mailboxes (intended for those who cannot physically pick up mail on a regular basis), but also offer Physical Mailboxes (intended for local residents who can physically pick up mail) and Combo Mailboxes (intended for those who may live locally, but appreciate the ability to manage their mail when they are away).

There is no charge for physical mail pick up with a Physical or Combo Mailbox. If you are frequently doing a physical mail pickup, you may want to consider converting your mailbox to a Physical or Combo Box. This will still allow you to log into your portal and see your mail scans and also give you a physical mailbox with 24-hour access. This may be a more cost-effective option for you.

Please come in and discuss your options with a team member. There is no need to change your mailbox number is you decide a Combo or Physical Mailbox is a better solution for your needs.

Notice—Proper submission of the USPS 1583

USPS regulations require a USPS Form 1583 be submitted for all addressees. If this has not been accomplished, any mail received must be returned as misdelivered the next business day.

This office is required to make a copy and forward the original to the Post Master. If you have been notified that an original USPS 1583 has not been received, and to preclude any inconvenience this may cause, please forward the original to this office as soon as possible.

In the interim, we are pleased to maintain your mailbox designation if your account is current.

We are also asking all our customers to update block 12 of the USPS Form 1583, if there are any minor children who might receive mail.
12/14/2018--NO MORE PER PIECE STORAGE FEES!
Effective immediately all future ON-LINE storage fees have been eliminated.
If your mail, not packages, exceeds normal cabinet storage space there will be a $7.50 per storage box charge per month for excess storage. You will be notified should this fee be charged. As of this date there are such charges have been posted or in jeopardy of being posted.
08/28/2018--Effective September the 4th
We are very thankful for your continued patronage. Thanks to you, the continued growth of mailbox customers has identified a bit of a short-term storage problem. The sheer number of small parcels that we receive on a daily basis continues to grow. Unfortunately, the length of time we are storing some of these packages has also grown.
We have implemented a few process changes to minimize the issue and have also implemented additional security process to make sure your packages are secure. However, while these steps have delayed the enviable.
Therefore, effective Sept the 4th, a storage fee of $1.00 will be charged for parcels held for over 3 days without prior notification.
If you are unable to pick up your package in a timely manner, please let us know and we can postpone the surcharge for a reasonable length of time.
